You know, for a moment I thought those were Zero Kiryu (Vampire Knight) and Light Yagami (Death Note). At least until I realised that they were in  fact Prussia(what's the deal with the eye patch if you don't mind me asking) and Austria. I'm not sure how long this took but it's still amazing. :)
